Before authorizing work, ask the responding provider who will do the work, what the visit costs, what they plan to check first, and what credentials they work under in Washington.
Urgent requests should be called in. If you cannot connect quickly, contact another local plumbing provider directly or use emergency or public utility channels where appropriate.
