Rainline Ready asks for the details needed to respond to a plumbing request: name if you provide it, callback number, problem type, location cue, and optional notes about the leak, backup, or water heater issue.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to respond to the plumbing request, route the request, prevent spam, and maintain service records. Do not submit sensitive financial, medical, or unrelated personal information.
Records and vendors
Request records may be kept for service follow-up, spam prevention, and basic business records. Vendors that handle forms or notifications should be limited to what they need for that job.
